As a game designer, Emma’s achievements span designing the data driven narrative system for the acclaimed Star Trek Lower Decks: The Badgey Directive, mentoring design graduates, orchestrating industry events, and speaking at conferences like Pax, Technically Games, and GCAP.  With knowledge and experience across game design, psychology, game analytics, product management, narrative systems and content tracking, she continues to share her learnings at industry events and create spaces for devs to connect in the local industry.

Recognized for her contributions, Emma earned a special mention at the Ingames Awards 2019 and served as a Different Games Ambassador in 2020 and 2021, became a Women in Games Ambassador in 2022 and has spoken at industry events such as Pax Aus, GCAP, Technically Games, Adelaide Youth Film Festival and others. She has run workshops with HerTechPath, and The Red Cross during her time at MIghty Kingdom and has judged at the Stem Video Game Challenge.
